First Place

The heart that beats within Inuyasha's breast is not his own - a difficult realization made within the three years he was not whole. Now that Kagome has returned, some very important admissions must be made.

Warm fuzzy feeling is what I get from reading this fic :)

I agree with your comment below - without her, Inuyasha would not be the same person we know and love.  She has, for lack of better terms, changed him for the better.  Softer, more open-minded, and all that stuff he recited when he was trying to find Kagome through the meidou (how she taught him how to have compassion, etc...).  Though, despite that, he still retains his rough-exterior which we all love.

Kagome and Inuyasha are the perfect couple.. sniff sniff!   (´-`; ) *tear*

Yep, short and sweet. The "Forever" at the end really did it for me. This is great. Keep writing!!

Miscommunication by Desenchanter Rated: Provocative starstarstarstarstar [Reviews - 4]

Summary:

Inuyasha's not a 'one-girl' type of guy, so he leaps at the chance to get any pretty woman's number. Too bad he couldn't read his latest conquest's number so he ended up texting a secluded author facing her worst enemy—writers block. And so starts their odd relationship...

Two-piece.

Wow, this story was incredibly hilarious. You, Desenchanter, have a knack for thinking up such adorable plot-lines! This made me crack up when I was reading fanfiction before going to bed... my roommate probably thought I was ultra weird.

 But.

"Hey babe" --- I literally laughed out loud because I could totally see Inuyasha texting that. TOTALLY. The way you described their characters totally fit, and the fact Inuyasha and Kagome were always jabbing at each other with snippy remarks was so hilarious. And really cute too. Sigh~!

I wish this story would have been drawn out more! It was such a cute plotline and everything worked out perfectly.  This is definitely DEFINITELY one of my favorites... I will read more of your stories and hope, maybe, one day Miscommunication will become a few chapters longer! :)

(Okay, a girl can dream..)

It's kind of strange how people never incorporate people with 'disabilities' in their stories- characters are usually perfect, aren't they (I am guilty for implementing this in my art and my writing so...)? But, I am glad that you have treaded on that subject, especially with such added elegance.

I love how Inuyasha doesn't mind it at all... he still thinks she is enrapturing despite her flaws. "What a man what a man what a man what a mighty fine man..."

And the way he was all shy and such when he was meeting her- how cute, and very expected out of his character. They seemed to 'get it on' really quickly, though,  but I don't mind LOL

Yes - this story was very good!! I would love a sequel as well.  :)

Author's Response:

Thank you. I usually have the same problem with making characters perfect--at least close to it. So I figured, why not?

I will probably make a sequel to this someday soon :)
